This 5inch plug could come with either the standard beaded chain type hook (# 1/0 VMC...tied with 135lb Spectra/Dacron blend) or as a fixed hook option with a roller swivel and #1/0.
The 4inch plug comes only with a roller swivel and a #2 VMC hook.
